EEM NEW GENERATION type injected manholes are produced from high density polyethylene and polypropylene, and are in accordance with SR EN 13598-1 SI SR EN 13598-2.

EEM RTF manholes are continuously exposed to different temperatures. The shape of the inspection chamber remains unchanged even during extreme summer temperatures. These inspection chambers cannot be deteriorated by low temperature or by industrial residual waters. PE and PP materials are stable in the temperature range from sunt stabile -35 °C to +60 °C.
EEM RTF inspection chambers made of PE and PP are 100% waterproof, without any leakage risk. Their compactness guarantees impermeability. The welded seam connection of the inspection chamber with PE and PP pipes creates a compact system.
The PE and PP inspection chambers exclude problems or damages arising from the use of traditional chambers. As component materials, PE and PP paly a very important role in obtaining product stability and durability. EEM RTF inspection chambers are great, high quality products ensuring a long life-cycle.
MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY
The white color of the inspection chamber’s interior not only facilitates the inspection process but offers a high degree of security and safety for the workers. This high degree of safety is obtained due to usage of a special design staircase, allowing easy access to the base of the inspection chamber. The stairs are an integrant part of each element of the inspection chamber.
Specific resistance of PE and PP to the chemical aggression is well known. The characteristics of the inspection chambers are defined by the EN 13598 – ½ standard, confirming that PE and PP applications are resistant to a large spectrum of waters, such as household wastewaters or other origin, underground waters, surface waters and rainwaters. The list with the chemical resistance values can be offered upon customer request.
RESISTANCE TO MECHANICAL STRESS
PE and PP are elastic and adaptable, reasons for which EEM RTF inspection chambers are resistant to shocks and falls that may occur during installation.
EEM RTF inspection chambers are delivered immediately as a compact complete package or separately – elements and rubber gaskets used for installation. Products can be delivered with welded pipe connectors or with removable connectors, installed on site with rubber gaskets.
Compared to heavy weight concrete inspection chamber, INTERHOL chambers are easy to move and handle event during installation.
