Heat resistance
The NEW GENERATION manholes are constantly exposed to different temperatures. The shape of manholes remains unchanged under direct sunlight during summer and it is not influenced neither by low temperatures during winter nor by the hot residual waters from the industrial sector.

The NEW GENERATION manholes are stabile at temperatures from -35 to +60 degrees Celsius. They are also 100% waterproof.

Impermeability is achieved through their compactness, without any welds or material additions.

Extensive life-cycle
The use of PE and PP materials excludes the occurrence of problems and damages present in the case of traditional concrete or brick manholes. All elements made from PE and PP have an important contribution to the resistance and durability of the product.

Maintenance and safety
Smooth interior surface of NEW GENERATION manholes prevents accumulation of sediments, ensuring a high fluidity coefficient of the waste waters. This important characteristic extends life-cycle of the manholes, being an effective maintenance mode. Worker’s safety is obtained with the help of a specially designed anti-slip staircase, an integrated element of the manholes. The stairs can be made from different materials (PE, PP, aluminum, iron), according to the requirements.

NEW GENERATION manholes can be adjusted in height and connection dimension, ensuring the fact it can be connected to any type of pipe (PE,PP,PVC).

Chemical resistance
Specific resistance of PE and PP to the chemical aggression is well known. The characteristics of the NEW GENERATION manholes are defined by the EN 13598 – ½ standard, confirming that PE and PP applications are resistant to a large variety of PH values, as well as to those from household wastewaters or other origin, underground waters, surface waters and rainwaters. The list of products to which the NEW GENERATION manholes are chemical resistant can be offered upon customer request.

Resistance to mechanical stress
PE and PP are elastic and adaptable; therefore, the NEW GENERATION manholes have great resistance to shocks and falls that may occur during installation.

Fast delivery and modification
Plastic injection technology is extremely efficient in regard to the manufacturing time. According to the requirements, the client can request certain modifications of the product.

Light weight and easy to handle /u>

The light weight ensures transport:

– The maximum allowed transport weight is not exceeded;

– Shipping costs are reduced due to various loading possibilities. The lifting machine (forklifts, excavator or crane) can easily lift, load and move NEW GENERATION manholes elements. This saves time and installation costs.

Due to their light-weight, NEW GENERATION manholes are easy to install, without requiring heavy lifting machines.

Caminele de vizitare din PE şi PP trebuie realizate pe suprafeţe nisipoase stabile. Se utilizează material de umplere în părţile laterale, pentru compresie. Dimensiunile materialului separat trebuie să fie de 0 – 32 cm, iar dimensiunile materialului concasat trebuie să fie de 0 – 16 cm.

Suprafaţa se realizează în straturi de 15 – 20 cm şi trebuie umplută (comprimată) la 97% conform testului Proctor. În cazul prezenţei apelor subterane, cei 30 cm de la suprafaţă trebuie să fie din beton MB 15. Datorită greutăţii reduse a produselor, este posibilă realizarea montajului manual. În cazul manipulării cu utilaje, este permisă legarea de chingi şi benzi doar în jurul părţii inferioare, a bazelor sau a racordurilor caminului de vizitare.


Trebuie să utilizaţi acelaşi material ca şi în cazul fundaţiei. Umpleţi caminul de vizitare corect. Materialul granular trebuie comprimat în straturi de maxim 30 cm, până la 97% conform testului Proctor, acoperind o distanţă suplimentară de cel minim 50 cm faţă de caminul de vizitare.
Umplerea în jurul şi dedesubtul caminului de vizitare este importantă pentru prevenirea posibilelor deformări şi înclinări.



În caz de trafic greu, este necesară realizarea unui inel din beton deasupra conului. Acest inel din beton nu trebuie să intre în contact direct cu conul caminului de vizitare. Spaţiul gol de deasupra conului şi inelului din beton trebuie să fie de 40 mm, iar între con şi inel se amplasează o garnitură de cauciuc. Conul trebuie să pătrundă 50 mm în inelul din beton.


Astfel, sarcinile statice şi cele dinamice nu vor fi transferate asupra corpului caminului de vizitare, ci asupra nisipului presat şi a bazei din jurul caminului de vizitare.

Inelul din beton nu este necesar în caz de montaj în locaţii fără trafic. În aceste situaţii se poate folosi direct un capac din polietilenă / polipropilenă sau un capac din fonta B125.
